Welcome to the Sunday-Tour-Of-Homes page. Every Sunday the "Home Selling Team" of Michael Patterson is busy helping folks, just like yourself to find their Annapolis....Dream Home. How does this work???.....You simply fill out the form below and click submit.

That is truly all there is to it. If you have already performed some searches and have them saved....just enter the MLS numbers from the listings (re: TA5552222) of the homes that you would like to see on the form below.

Question: How many homes can I see on a Sunday?

Answer:If the Tour of Homes is in one area or one zip code it may be possible to see up to eight homes. We do not however, recommend seeing that many homes in one day.

Question: How much time should I allocate for the Sunday Tour Of Homes?

Answer: To see five to six homes we like to recommend allowing 4 to 5 hours. Some showings can consume more time than others and not all of the showings are real close together.

Question: How much time should I allow for Shopping prior to buying?

Answer: Generally about six months prior to buying is a safe bet. But one can accomplish this in much less time if they are so inclined and look at homes rather frequently.

Question: Who pays the commission?

Answer: The Seller pays the commission fee.

Question: I really do not want the Seller's Agent to represent me. Can you represent me?

Answer: Yes, we can represent you and your best interest as your "Buyer's Agent. As a Buyer it is never good to have the Seller's Agent represent you. The Seller's Agent represents his client "The Seller". His fidicuary loyalty and responsibility are to the "Seller" and it would not be in your best interest to deal with him as a Buyer.

Question:I do not have a Mortgage Banker or Broker, can you help me with this.

Answer: We deal with many loan companies and would be happy to recommend several that you can speak with.

Question:Should I be Pre-Qualified before I start looking at homes?

Answer Being Pre-Qualified does not mean a thing. You need to get Pre-Approved by a lender.

Question: How much advance notice do I need to give you in order to schedule a Sunday Tour Of Homes.

Answer: We like to have have a couple of weeks lead time. Our weekends are generally out busiest time of the week.
